How It Works
This is a made-to-order pre-sale. Your purchase helps fund the first public run.
Orders are accepted 12/31/2025 (11:59 PM EST) - 02/25/2026 (11:59 PM EST) and your card is charged at checkout. When the pre-sale closes, we process the full production run with our manufacturer. They freshly make every piece, and send them to us for a quality check. We then pack and ship to you, tracking included.

Refunds are allowed within two weeks of purchase, and if at least two (+) weeks remain in the pre-sale. Once the final two weeks begin, pre-sale purchases will be non-refundable. After delivery, as this is a made-to-order pre-sale, we will NOT be accepting any return/refund requests except on defected items (we quality check before shipping!) - Kushions pays return shipping and issues the refund after inspection. We cannot offer exchanges as all items are "custom" (made-to-order) and we will have no extras. This will not be our refund/return policy at Official Launch (date TBD, x2 sales away), but if you aren't comfortable with the current refund/return policy, we recommend waiting to buy Kushions gear. Please verify you have selected the right size and any other options for your products before purchasing. Size chart provided in footer, if not on product pages.
