We do not sell cannabis, THC products, CBD products, or any other controlled substances. All references to strains or cannabis are design and lifestyle related only.

Orders typically ship out within 1 week of ordering (in-stock items), and if their is a delay you will be notified. Regarding Pre-Order items, a date will be set for each item that can be pre-ordered as the final day to pre-order. Production then typically takes about 1-2 months*, followed by about *2 weeks for inspection, packing, and shipping. *These are good-faith estimates and can shift based on supply, manufacturing, or carrier delays.

For ordered (not pre-ordered) items you may request a return/refund for 30 days after ordering. For Pre-Order items you may request a return/refund for 2 weeks after ordering, and ONLY if at least 2 weeks remain for that item to be pre-ordered. After only 2 weeks remain for pre-ordering an item no return/refunds will be accepted on that item (until you receive it, under terms). After receiving your pre-order item you may return the item for up to 30 days if the item was defective, or Kushions fulfillment error. You have 30 days to request a return an item (non pre-order items) Please submit a Refund/Return Form. After receiving your pre-order item you may return the item for up to 30 days if the item was defective, or Kushions fulfillment error. No other returns/refunds for pre-order items. You may also request an exchange, but it may be denied depending on item availability. Full terms in Terms of Use &/or Policies. Kushions covers return shipping for qualifying returns and issues refunds to your original payment method after we inspect the item. If an item is not deemed acceptable on return, we'll let you know and you can either pay to have it shipped back to you or forfeit the item and the refund. (Don't be sleezy.)

We may offer exchanges depending on product availability. You may request an exchange in the Return/Refund Form, or by emailing us at info@kushionsapparel.com. Please note that if exchange is denied explanation will be sent.

For contiguous U.S., orders have set weight-based prices. We sometimes may offer free shipping on orders above a certain dollar amount ($). Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and international orders (if enabled) use set weight-based pricing. Duties/taxes for international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the shipment, so please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll offer to reship (additional postage may apply) or refund you minus outbound shipping for non-defective items. If package protection/insurance is enabled at checkout, claims must be filed within the stated window (30 days).

Kush Coins are our rewards points. During the Pre-Sale, you can earn 1 Kush Coin per $1 spent, and 1 coin = $0.05 off eligible purchases (5% back). Coins are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can be redeemed at checkout on eligible items (including Strainz). Coins from refunded or canceled items are removed or reflected in your refund. Kush Coins in the future may be used to get Kush Coin exclusive Kushions items. Kush Coins do not expire.
