We do not sell cannabis, THC products, CBD products, or any other controlled substances. All references to strains or cannabis are design and lifestyle related only.

During the Early Investor Pre-Sale (between 12-31-2025 (11:59 PM EST) and 02-25-2026 (11:59 PM EST)), all items are made-to-order. View the Pre-Sale options and order. Once the Pre-Sale window closes, we send everything to production. Production typically takes about 1-2 months*, but may double if the pre-sale scales larger, followed by about 1-2 months* for packing and shipping to you.

Yes, but with limits. You can request a refund up to two (2) weeks after your purchase and only if there are still at least two (2) weeks left in the Pre-Sale window. Once there are only two weeks remaining before the Pre-Sale end date, Pre-Sale orders are no longer refundable. This is a made-to-order pre-sale, after the cut-off date for orders, no refund requests will be accepted, no exchanges will be offered, as there are no extras, and the only returns that will be accepted for refund are manufacturer defected items, or as a result of our fulfillment errors. Please verify correct sizing and other options for your order. To request a refund before the pre-sale window closes, fill out the Refund/Return Form and submit it.

The only items that can be returned are manufacturer defected items, or items defected due to fulfillment error. This is a made-to-order pre-sale, meaning your order helps fund the first Kushions drop, and there will be no extra items to exchange for. Please submit a Refund/Return Form.

Kushions covers return shipping for qualifying returns and issues refunds to your original payment method after we inspect the item. If an item is not deemed acceptable on return, we'll let you know and you can either pay to have it shipped back to you or forfeit the item and the refund. (Don't be sleezy.)

During the Early Investor Pre-Sale, we do not offer exchanges because all items are made-to-order. There will be little, to no "extras". Future standard drops may allow exchanges, but for this specific Pre-Sale everything is handled through refunds/returns only, as outlined in the policy.

For contiguous U.S., orders are carrier-calculated at checkout. We sometimes may offer free shipping on orders above a certain dollar amount ($). Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and international orders (if enabled) use carrier-calculated rates. Duties/taxes for international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the shipment, so please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll offer to reship (additional postage may apply) or refund you minus outbound shipping for non-defective items. If package protection/insurance is enabled at checkout, claims must be filed within the stated window (30 days).

Kush Coins are our rewards points. During the Pre-Sale, you can earn 1 Kush Coin per $1 spent, and 1 coin = $0.05 off eligible purchases (5% back). Coins are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can be redeemed at checkout on eligible items (including Strainz). Coins from refunded or canceled items are removed or reflected in your refund. Kush Coins in the future may be used to get Kush Coin exclusive Kushions items. Kush Coins do not expire.

During this Pre-Sale, your total spend unlocks tiers (Elite, Iconic, Apex, Legacy) that come with instant coin drops and Golden Ticket entries. Your first Pre-Sale order = 1 Golden Ticket entry, and you earn extra entries when you hit each tier (up to a max of 5 entries per person). The Golden Ticket drawing gives winners Strainz or Originals prize packs, bonus coins, and early access to the next sale, as described on the site. There's also a no-purchase mail-in entry option (max 1 per person).

We collect information like your name, contact details, shipping address, order history, and basic device/usage data to process orders, run the site, prevent fraud, and handle customer support. Payment card data is handled by our payment processors; we don't store full card numbers. We do not sell your personal information for money. If we later enable advertising/retargeting tools, you'll have clear options (like a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link and cookie preferences) as described in the Privacy Policy.
